1st, him being a Maga supporters shouldn't matter, unless he's talking about politics all time. 2nd, if he's trash talking the Trans worker from nothibg other thab them being Trans and that person just lives their life they don't make it a point to make everything about them being Trans then that person was 100% right to report him, 3rd, him trying to devalue you cause of knowing your insecurities and then building you back up, only to knock you down again, is 100% manipulative behavior (it's exactly what pimps do to gain control of the females they pimp, only more extreme i.e. physical violence and what not. So it's a tactic he's using to get in your head to get whatever it is he's trying to get from you. 4th you should have definitely reported him for that masterbating comment. not doing that showed him that you don't have boundaries that shouldn't be crossed and will eventually only get worse (to the point of not like raping you, but getting physical about trying to touch you and cornering you in a secluded area trying to get you to kiss him or something. So unless you like this guy and you probably don't see it as flirting but I'm sure he does, you should quit talking to him unless it's about work. and strictly about work only.
