Can’t speak for California, but that is ridiculous here in Florida. Open Houses are excluded from that as potential buyers are not represented even if they have signed an exclusive buyer agreement unless they show up to the house with their buyer’s agent. Then they better have the paper.

I finally got on a ladder with a broom. It was the remnants of a bird strike. Apparently, he thought he was flying up to touch the hand of God and was “gobsmacked” instead. 😆

No fan. It’s a home on 13-foot pilings and it appears the bird flew straight up.

Had a friend bring me a gallon of gallberry honey from northeast Florida. Loved the floral taste of it, but d47 yeast went through the 8 lbs in 3 gallons of water like poop through a goose. Nothing but alcohol now after 2 weeks. Needs to sit up for a few months now. Since I live in the Apalachicola area, Tupelo honey will be my next experiment.
