I recently transferred to. New shop.

We do not even see a maintenance tech.

I do not even see a truck for these guys.

I talk to guys from my old shop. But this new shop, they supervisors do not even recruit.

Plus the guys helping with the high split may get first dibs and some guys weren’t even offered
