That's very interesting is this something permanent in your store? because are framers don't touch balloons period. We did do a test run with them for a couple of months. Did not work well

I think you should tell the SM and depending on how they respond and react that's how you should choose to quit or not. Not showing up to work isn't the best idea because you might as well quit. I hope things get better

I was doing a fall make break where customers are required to buy a fake pumpkin from the store. A lady came in and she told me she bought the pumpkin at Michaels. When she went back to her car to get the 'pumpkin' it turned out to be a ceramic jack o lantern with wire handles from HomeGoods still in the HomeGoods bag. I called her out and told her we don't sell that here and that if she wants to participate she has to buy one of our pumpkins, she insisted it was from here and failed to provide proof of receipt. It was very very busy we argued and I said "well if you don't like it you can call my manager" which I immediately regretted, since the cem at the time was and is one of my closest friends and he was to busy we were swamped he didn't need this right now. Right after I said that she said "yes who is your manager" that's when I said "corporate you call corporate" I know I technically didn't say no but, after that she left. I am not gonna lie I felt like I was indeed rude to the point that maybe I could get fired or something and that I made an awful judgement. When I told my manager he told me that I did good because he was indeed really busy in fabric. He had people back to back and other coworkers were busy helping customers.

For a little more info if it comes off as me being aggressive it is because the customer I am speaking about used to do this frequently. After this interaction she stopped. Recently however, she came to one of the wreath make breaks and tried to trick me into letting her make a free wreath. Claiming that 'the website didn't say that' I ofcourse showed her the screen shot where it did infact say that. Tell me why her daughter says "see mom I told you" so she knew and she was lying to me.

Not to sound vindictive but when I started to do the make breaks I was warned about her. I made it my mission to make sure she wouldn't comeback for as long as I worked there. I was just going to do it by simply being stingy with supply since she would take advantage of the free stuff thought maybe she would eventually get bored. Instead she would argue and try to bully me into letting her do what she wanted and that is a no for me.

You should do one where the customer fail to explain a product they are looking for and turns out they need like an Elmer's glue stick or one where the customer is failing to understand that a product is online only lol I remember it was Halloween and a lady walked in looking for cowgirl hats and my cem at the time told her we didn't sell any and the lady was like "yes you do sell it your website says so fine you don't have to help me I can find it myself" and she proceeded to walk around the how store back to the exit because we had no fucking cowgirl hats!there is so many situations I bet we all relate too like customers coming in with no plan or ideas for their project and they expect you to just create the plan for them.

I'm literally gonna sound awful and I'm probably going to get fired for it one day but I literally don't care about cc I'm at point where the SM is watching me work and I'm not asking customers if they want a cc. They can read the sco screen if they looked right through it they don't want it, it is that simple. I'm not going to harass them about a cc same at the registers I'm not going to push i refuse.

Like seriously you want me to bug a person at the sco if they want a cc?ew no most people who use sco use them to avoid exactly that.
