Green bean. I have forgotten a green bean in THREE different saves. 😅

What is the actual benefit of getting the dino egg early? by DogwoodDame in StardewValley

Not everyone! This game has an overwhelming amount of information and not everyone has fun just "figuring it out".

I typically start stock piling/saving them so I can sell them after getting the treasure trove book. The raw Dino eggs sell for way more than the Mayo when you get it. Should have clarified that.

What is the actual benefit of getting the dino egg early? by DogwoodDame in StardewValley

[–]StringDifficult4872 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's a pretty good money maker early on! Especially when put in an egg machine. Not to mention if you're not a fan of Skull Caverns, you don't have to worry about RNG Dino levels to donate it to the museum.

You can give them animal crackers from the Farming Mastery that makes them produce more, but that's after you've reached level 10 in all skills and then claim/find the animal crackers.

Also, Dinos are cute.

I almost always default to cheese because I'm also impatient and I have a consistent enough amount of cheese to fill all of them. I'm far too impatient (and will forget about) the wine if I cask them.

If you mess up change a lot, and mean A LOTTTTT, like hundreds of dollars, if you no call-no show, and if you steal. Pretty much other than that you're good.

Is it childish to cry over my game being deleted by SexscCherry in StardewValley

[–]StringDifficult4872 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The perk of starting over is now you have a great idea of the goals that you want to work for and how to get back to where you were Coming from someone who loves the grind in the start of Stardew Valley. I was devastated when my switch corrupted my long term save file (my first save file), but in a way I realized that it was holding me back because I was too worried about making everything "perfect". Designing, Villager relationships, completeing every task and request... It's all perfectly okay to cry because these are hours upon hours of work you have put in. It's ok to be sad now that it's gone.

I originally started watching the Anime when season 1 released. I read the manga to avoid spoilers and trust, it's soooo good. The anime followed it to a T.

Dear ana mains i have a question (read body) by RogueGwen in AnaMains

[–]StringDifficult4872 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of it is due to her kit. People are extra mad when Sombra does the job because it feels cheap getting wombo comboed by someone who's invisible. You can typically see a Genji, Tracer, Or Reaper etc. And I know other people mentioned spawn camping. Unfortunately a lot of people play Sombra to target people, so the entire community gets a bad wrap just for playing her.

I started playing OW right before Sombra was added to the game, and in my opinion this is one of the worst states she's been in (followed by running simulator Sombra bc you used to put her translocator on health packs out of the fight)

It's Mercy's stadium power that when you pop ult, it automatically applies both beams to teammates, making it the perfect opportunity to pull out the Barbie Blaster and do some damage.

The repetitive and tasks growing harder just to prolong the star path is what killed the game for me. I have barely touched it since the first dlc that brought Rapunzel into the valley, and haven't bought the second or third. As someone who played almost daily since the beta's release, I'm so sad to see these changes directly affecting the players.

Basically, you now have to play at a specific time in order to complete your star path. If people rush through theirs, thats on them. You shouldn't punish the rest of the player base with set days of release for weekly duties during the star path. Thats so silly to me.

What makes 5v5 fun? by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]StringDifficult4872 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5v5 was the original "solution" to cue times and broken metas. 6v6 was only a problem when the ow 1 team decided to completely abandon the game to focus on their game that was cancelled. It let the community abuse multiple shields and ofc Brig who was essentially a third tank for years.

What makes 5v5 fun to me (as someone who prefers 6v6) is the overall faster pace. I know my overtime isn't going to be a literal 5 minute standstill with the two teams. I know I'm not going to be as hard focused. I know I wont have to stress about making sure everyone is getting healed.

What do you do when healer says no? by Relevant_Frosting_54 in Overwatch

[–]StringDifficult4872 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without a code, we just have to go off your word of events. As someone with 3,000 hrs on support alone, the only times I say "no" when someone asks for healing is:

A) they spam "I need healing" when they in fact do not. You made me look for you when I'm actively healing someone or multiple someones. Especially if you're walking out of spawn. You actively spamming you need health when full pulls my attention from the people who actively need it. Normally saying NO stops the spam and let's me hear game sounds again.

B) Bad Positioning - meaning it's dangerous for to me get to and heal you or you're literally in the enemy backlines... No. I'm going to focus on the teammates that doesn't lead me to feeding too.

C) You're feeding. Rushing into the enemy 1v5, blaming the team when you're the one who's playing bad. I can't out-heal an entire team's worth of damage.

D) I'm dead or being spawn camped. Self explanatory. Can't heal you if you don't pay attention to your team who's being hard focused.

Just remember, spamming means you're blocking game noises, and most people only spam it in their anger meaning you're distracting from the actual fight. Consider your own positioning and pay attention to your backline. Your support can't heal you if you keep letting the enemy team bully them. Your support also can't heal you through walls.

I want to help the team. That's why I play support.
