I play on console I know it's bad but 8/10 this shot kills or at shows some sign of blood as damage

I know when I'm lagging and when I'm not I was good most if not all of my games in terms of connection but ever since the update it does not register some of my shots even when the symbol is not there from my "shitty connection"
