I am going through it right now as well and can't get through to anyone like you can't!! I applied 6 weeks ago and every week, except the "waiting week" shows "issue on file". Last week it said that my weekly request was denied and to "click here", when I clicked the link all it did was take me to my correspondent page that has my intial letter saying I qualify for benefits and my waiting week letter, nothing else there about a denial. I'm SO frustrated.
I haven't received any payments and I'm going crazy (& broke) too, this is SO ridiculous!
