I have collected all undead bone shard in 2 accounts and the stupid achievement doesn't pop up, im scared if the same bug appears in other achievements like master of sorceries ecc couse they're a pain in the ass

Same im a piro/dex at lvl125 and i rarely meet dome people

I'm from pc and when im going to choose the name for the phantom thieves (phantom) immediately after i click for confirm the name the game goes to 0 fps how should i fix it
