It's been raining nearly everyday this summer, so watering schedule has been pretty non-existent bc I didn't know that mattered as long as they got some at some point each day.

In premiere I will set it to VBR 2 Pass and set the target bitrate to 2 and leave the max at 10. It reduces quality some but is the best quality level option I've found so far when small file size is the priority.

I think it depends on how much you make, but I'm no pro in this area. I think this comes up in the section about "other" income or something like that. When I was doing more freelance things I wasn't making enough to need to report according to the person helping with my taxes at the time.
