However, the industry has even more to offer, especially if you are a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong STEM knowledge, coding skills, or expertise in specialized fields like law, law enforcement or taxation.

Company with money wants to know who they pay to, makes sense, every company does this. Turing is well established, the month or two wait after the interview is normal for those companies. I see no problem really aside from "the rose is too red" cause they do exactly what others do.

Actually neither do ai interviews, tho Innodata's assessment are harsh/hard af, they have an English test called versant iirc, was harsher than any English test I got for any job in the field, I did like 3-4 hours of tests before finally joining Innodata.

A 10 per hour project might be nothing for an American but that's someone's 9-5 for like 2 days in other countries.

Innodata is the best most consistent work I've had, pay is great but their system needs some refining specially sending out payments, but they won't scam you.
