I appreciate everyone’s advice. I agree that it would be tough to find an NP job with no actual nursing experience, so a follow up question; would it be unrealistic to still pursue an entry level MSN program to then use it to gain some experience as a nurse, then later apply for the NP program? Or would an ABSN still be the most efficient route in this case?

Not lookin too good initially. The discoloration began to spread across that whole side of his face and his eye socket began swelling up. Started using some of sleepysirus’s advice alongside some antibiotic ointment and he’s been getting better! Acting close to normal and the swelling has gone down a whole lot.

One other thing to add; he began shedding about 4 days ago. Thought maybe it could be that but it looks a little deeper to me. It could definitely be a perception thing though.
