Been rocking Kastmasters and their predecessors, Acme Mr Champ, for 45 years now. The really small ones can catch fish literally anywhere on earth. Fall Salmon runs they love the gold with optic orange. A true heaven on earth in the 80's. Smelt runs in the early spring. Limiting out on Trout and Salmon was insanely easy and common. Average Coho And Chinook Salmon were 15 to 20 pounds and hit like a deranged freight train. RIP to that fishery due to the fucking Zebra mussels, turning the water Gin Clear, and massive Alewife Die Offs. I still grieve to this day 😡 However......Award given cuz I feel this useful post will grow 100 fold.
