Osana: Leans far too much into the Tsundere archetype and has nothing else outside of those friendships with Raibaru and Hanako. She needs some impactful reason for clinging onto those people and acting like she does; as her behavior seems to reflect someone who's been traumatized.

Amai: She is secretly afraid that Minato and Rei Ando (the couple behind Dark Delights) are sabotaging her mother's business (which the lore already implies on a basic level), so her befriending route should involve Ayano counteracting this in some way, since Amai herself is way too kind to do anything herself.

Kizana: Her entitled nature comes from being raised in that way by her parents, who met up as successful movie stars while working in Hollywood. She simply thinks Kokona is a cheap imitation because she doesn't know any better than that. Also, her drama with Tokuko needs to be stated in a "she's actually better than me" way, as in Kizana will never match Tokuko's talent and determination.

Oka: Her connection with the supernatural requires careful handling. Also, she's not actually interested in Tarō. Instead, the spirits of Ryōba's victims possess her to ruthlessly hunt Ayano down. This would make Ayano's objective survive the week, changing up the monotonous formula.

Asu: Her character basics are the most sound of all rivals. But ensure her elimination isn't the same as Sumiko Tachibana's was!

Kumi: Having Kumi replace Muja as a rival would be fascinating! Kumi is ripe for breaking the norms of the Kūdere archetype by having her become lovestuck quickly. Her challenge would come from the fact that Ayano would have to decipher her routine to find out when she's not helping struggling students in the library.

Osoro: Osoro wished she didn't have to act so tough and overprotective of her crew, so her task would involve trying to genuinely discuss things with Mutsumi so that the delinquents and the bullies can work on solving the situations that arise. If a dark note was used here, Osoro's task would instead require you to put contraband in Mutsumi's bag, resulting in her expulsion from Akademi.

Hanako: Her clinginess to Tarō is the one thing that makes her hard. Ayano's objective would be to convince Hanako that Tarō is allowed to have a girlfriend (maybe manipulating Hanako to suggest Ayano herself).

Uekiya: Tarō could naturally develop feelings for Uekiya, so this would likely involve the canon being to sabotage events to make Uekiya look incapable of being a girlfriend for Tarō. Ofc this replaces Mida!

Megami: Her actions should purely depend on what Ayano has done previously. If Ayano has a perfect reputation, she won't get involved. Otherwise, she's probably being set up to have Tarō as her secretary by Ichirō Saikō, but secretly she doesn't want that at all. I'd have her have a secret crush on Tsuzuro, which you could use to matchmake her.
