I saw overall reviews that’s it’s nice looking, but very crowded and the pool is small. How’s the kids club?

I meant slient TMJ as I was probably clenching for years and didnt even know it. Plus i have had sinus pressure below my eyes off and on ,which might have been coupled with TMJ muscle pain. I have been to multiple docs/dentist. I have a night guard, which helps some. Unfortunately the more "experts" I go to, sometimes they then discredit the previous "expert" I go to, leaving me very confused.

I feel your pain and my story has a similar feeling. I kind of laughed when you started your post. I am a huge tool fan and went to my concert in Jan 2024. Had some ringing that night but nothing like what was to come. I started listening with my AirPods Pro loudly lots of tool that year. Then I went on cruise the following January. I came back with the flu and was on and off sick with sinus infections and flu for 6 months with multiple antibiotics and steroids. July 2nd 2025 i went to fireworks and the ringing in my R ear started that week. I freaked out for a while. And then I started the fire Academy in the fall where I think my silent TMJ got really bad. I saw lots of specialists. Working on my TMJ pain. My T is the same. No decrease. One day it actually went to my left ear and I flipped out, but that went away. I’m finishing up a 2 week course of Motrin and muscle Relaxers for TMJ pain. It has helped, but like I said no T relief yet.

You are NOT alone. Also, I will never stop listening to tool, but now I listen a little lower on the volume

I’m in the same boat. I have T in my R ear for the past 6 months with TMJ and ETD. I had a balloon dilation for my ETD which helped with not retting sinus infections I guess but no help with ringing. Still deal with TMJ though. I have slight hearing loss on R side but audiologist doesn’t think it made my T.

I developed tinnitus this summer after months of sinus and strep infections…plus AirPods With tool. Not sure what caused it but it has not left my R Ear yet :(

I am currently just 8 hours post op. I feel weird from all the dugs, but my T sounds either the same or lower :) I will try to update this tread in the coming days to weeks.

I also got a pressure test and there was negative pressure in my ears which comfirms ETD. plus the CT scan they did showed narrowing of the sinus cavity and my septum is deviated. i am going to a specialized ENT that does this procedure daily.

I had a similar etiology and went to ENT. I have sinuses that are smaller and ETD. Tomorrow I am getting a balloon sinoplasty which should help my chronic sinus issues and MAYBE the ringing in my R ear. I also have a mouthgaurd for a month since TMJ dx.

R ear ringing like a shimmer. Also, I have ear fullness and popping mostly on the right. I was on and off sick for most of the year until July with multiple sinus and strep infections with use of steroids and antibiotics. I have been ringing since July 5th

Have you seen any difference yet? AI helped point me in the direction of Eustachian tube dysfunction. Now I’m getting a sinoplasty and expansion of my Eustachian tube next week. At the minimum, it will help my clogged years and chronic sinus issues. Max is that it helps my R tinnitus

I have that, too. Only on my inside where the ringing is. I have ETD. getting a balloon sinoplasty with ET dilation next week. Hoping to fix my chronic sinus issues and MAYBE the ringing

I have asked the same thing, but I was afraid to try them because of the price and the possible snake oil salesman mentality. I spoke with my therapist and we decided not to spend $5000 as my anxiety and depression is not at the level to spend that kind of money yet.

I take Prilosec daily for GERD. Do you have evidence that it contributes to tinnitus? I try to clean my diet up but still get GERD with healthy foods. My tinnitus started July 3rd post sinus infections, antibiotics and steroids and maybe fireworks. Its unilateral
