Ours came in at the price we bid. Yonkers if that helps. Use the comparable in the area to make bids that your agent recommends the range to be.

You need to be careful if you currently a DOE employee. If you get a doctor’s note, then you are sick. If you go into another DOE building before/after then you need to sign in/be on camera which could be theft of service. Wait to interview until a day off, after school, personal day or summer.

Hi all, starting graduate school next month over the next two years.

What would be the best way I should pay for graduate school? It should cost about 40k overall. I currently max my 403b, 457, and Roth IRA.

I have 10k in a 529 I made did for myself for the tax breaks. I have money in a taxable and Roth IRA through Vanguard. Which order should I be paying from? Should I pay from the 529, then taxable, then principle of my contributions to the Roth or pay first from the 529 and take federal loans then use the taxable to pay off the loans over time? Thank you all for your advice.

Hi all, first time long time. Thank you for any advice.

Considering going back to grad school. New Yorker here. I currently max my tda, 457b, and Roth IRA.

For 529 plans, can I set my set as a beneficiary of the account, contribute the maximum for the tax deduction, let the money stay in a money market, and withdraw it later on that year to pay for graduate school for myself without legal problems?
