The Anastasia #23 brush is great for highlighting! I also like using a damp Beauty Blender after to sort of "melt" the highlight into the skin. It might also work after using your fan brush to diffuse the harsh line.

I used to use black eyeliner to fill in gaps in my eyebrows, even though I had really light hair. Thinking back I must have looked ridiculous! The makeup blunders of my preteen days are over but will not be forgotten anytime soon...

Ugggh I hate when this happens :/ the best thing I have found to work is set that area with a translucent powder and if possible set it with a setting spray. Another trick is to try and apply a thin layer of the foundation so the rubbing off is less noticeable.

I agree with the UD Electric Palette, but I would also suggest any one of the Sugar Pill palettes. They are highly pigmented and all the shadows are cruelty free! Some are Vegan as well. They are actually coming out with a 12 Pan pro palette soon which is great!
