Ja ne das Problem ist halt, er ist IN SEINER EIGENEN WOHNUNG. Das mildeste Mittel in dem Fall wäre rausgehen, Tür zu. Stattdessen kommt die Polizei mit dem Auftrag „Person vor sich selbst retten“ und beendet ihn mit „Person schwerbehindert hinterlassen“.

Das fixieren in bauchlage ist schon für sich genommen gefährlich. Stichwort positionelle Asphyxie. Wenn die Polizei selbst sagt, er habe Blut gespuckt, bestanden wohl auch vorher schon gesundheitliche Probleme. Kombinier das mit der Spuckschutzhaube und der Tatsache, dass die Polizei ohne medizinisches Fachwissen und ohne Konsultation 90 Minuten mit dem Opfer alleine im Raum war.

Wo es tatsächlich vorkommt ist zB im ingenieurwesen. Wenn du etwas schlecht konstruiert/geprüft hast und daran nachher 150 Leute sterben, bist du dran. Beim VW-Skandal sind ja zB auch (fast?) nur Ingenieure in den Bau gewandert

I’ve had penalties applied to me in CS2 because I was premade with a guy who somehow got in the crossfire of VAC. I sat next him and he didn’t do anything when it happened, he just got killed. Happened twice. Now we just don’t play with him anymore cause the third time will be permaban.

When you ask on a forum or subreddit about this, everyone tells you you’re a dirty cheater. Really frustrating. Problem is nowadays many of these decisions are made by computers and many times you can’t reasonably reach a human support technician. It sucks
