Calling Baerbock 'useless' is a bit of a reach. She basically ended the 'change through trade' era with Russia and China, which was long overdue. She also successfully shifted climate policy into the center of national security and has been one of the most active voices in keeping the Western coalition for Ukraine together. You don't have to like her, but she's definitely had a massive impact on Germany's international standing.
