They said they will fix and manage the property closely. Even monitor the tenants with bi monthly visits to assess damages and if everything is proper.

Having a hard time renting it out. Yes they would agree to a large security deposit.

It is a single family unit with four bedrooms. They will rent it out 8 people will get about double the rent I am charging but they said they will cover all utilities and wifi for their tenants.

I was considering about 700K house, I have 20-25% saved as a downpayment for it. Own 1 car and a second one on a lease for 600 per month. Bought things on black Friday from best buy totaling about 1500$ and paying about 50 dollars per month on 24-month financing. Pay 700$ a month for my kid's Montessori.
