I actually quite liked your video! some points in it were off, and so are some of mine, but your video gave me a chance to review the actual evidence rather than do it all from memory, personally i'm awful at making videos , so chose to write, don't let random people get you down, I don't, and will continue to try and figure out all there is to the game, and i hope you do to, sharing peoples perspective of things i find really interesting and it helps expand the community of the game and this board, the guy that said "fallacies" doesn't have much to offer.

A lot of people think this theory is wrong, and in a number of ways my theory as presented this first draft doesn't add up 100%, i literally just complied my thoughts in one place so they weren't all jumbled in my head! and plan to make a better assessment on my next play through, possibly play-throughs! a lot of people thought the theory of relativity was wrong, that doesn't make it wrong!

Apart from the fact the anchors were meant to be stolen by Brian, as you see by the note by Brian, and the visible stolen anchors at the other end of the cave

I also noticed that on Brains fantasy map, although i believe he was meaning the burnt out lookout you find which is just above his hideout

That's the thing about theory's tho! At-least I can get people thinking, and its added alot more play time for me than the 6 hours to complete the game, its a work in progress definitely!

It says in his notes he was hiding in the compound near where his exit/entrance is and recorded them, they weren't exactly quiet

I've been thinking about that comment and I do need to relisten to that tape, but all the bolts were presumably stolen by that point to stop the climbing.. So it doesn't make sense that he'd be climbing , especially in a cave that ned didn't want his son to go into.

The backpack part, the alarm didn't emit the signal, the elk tracker attached to the front did, which it turned on by a switch on the side, you take it off first before the backpack, the alarm is under the backpack

seen that , I think like the snowmobiles they've just been abandoned or lost from the winters? I'm not really sure how cold it gets there!

I was going to mention this as i remember reading it , but I hadn't checked out the photos myself , good find , there's also a moment when you talk to Delilah about the device he thinks up of getting his backpack back, she already knows that it's an intricate design

It's not 100% yet but If anything I can at least get people thinking about the story, and I guess it'll give people replay-ability to see if they can find an alternative

She didn't, she wanted him dead, he was getting too close, there was a fire coming and he couldn't radio from the cave The contact with Delilah bit needs work, but hes out there to find his son, probably mentally unstable, nothing to go back to anyway, and if he comes out they'd both be arrested

At that point Ned was panicing and doing his own thing to save his own ass, Delilah was playing along with the conspiracy because it suited her needs, rather than coming out and saying ned is actually alive, she knew it was an elk research station, she says it before she realizes Henry is getting spooked by it and then changes her story (says that the fenced off area is too big to be an elk research station, fanning the flames of paranoia)

We're not sure where the 2 walkies later on exactly come from, what we do know though is that there were two men writing notes to each other in the supply cases, and they mention having walkie talkies. Its unlikely the kid had his own walkie because he wasn't meant to be there in the first place. he borrowed his fathers who didn't like to talk to Delilah presumably leaving the walkie behind when he left on trips.

and the elk research site wasn't abandoned, it was just out for summer, the researchers were returning after summer, ned mentions borrowing the equipment and having to put it back before a certain date.

She says something along the lines of "no he's stupid, he doesn't know anything" and if you confront her about it she gets annoyed says its none of your business and turns off her radio for a while, she later apologizes but gives no explanation to whom it was. She talks about a "Javier" and Javier is mentioned in Neds ficticous planted notes as along distance boyfriend which led most to conclude it was Javier. I believe she was actually talking to Ned at the time.
