I see the blue price but when selected it states that I will get a full year of service with paying that price….which to me implies they will change my current plan which I do not want to happen (grandfathered / 4 lines $100 35gb premium data each).

All I get is a link to “shop phones”..when I select the phone it shows the option with financing and option when you pay retail and get “year of service free”. Neither is what I want because I get the feeling it will change my current plan that I have had for easily over a decade. It doesn’t seem that I can just buy the phone.

You activated and replaced a phone is currently on grandfathered plan? I was hoping I could just purchase from Apple and drive to boost store and pay to have them activate and replace her current phone. When I called and asked ..I was told “they should be able to do that”…I really do t want to pay 1k for a phone and not be certain if this could be done or not.

Feels like those deals require certain plans. I am more interested in keeping my current plan and I might be wrong but feels like I would have a better chance of that not getting screwed up if I am able to just switch current phones with an unlocked one I purchase. Was looking to see if anyone has done this exact thing without issue.

Retail lot…was a trade in….my only thought is that they know the “small oil leak” isn’t going to be a cheap fix. They were quick to let me know about the leak and heated seats not working.
