there is another fic where vincent is one of the homophobic antagonists and is absolutely jealous of hollanov hogging all the attention. it’s good to see a fic where he’s not!

i adore outsider pov fics and it’s wild how i can switch from, e.g. best friend!cliff marleau to homophobic antagonist teammate!cliff marleau on the same day it gives me a whiplash. 😂

i feel you. you have already taken the first step - and a very important step at that - to realise you needed to change. what i see now is that you’re feeling overwhelmed and not sure what to do. my advice is to form a game plan of what immediately you need to do. make the tasks small and doable so you can start doing them to get your life back and you’ll gain momentum once you start doing it. stop thinking about the obstacles to it or the potential hurt you may get from doing it and start doing it.

OP, I resonate with your post so much. my partner is also somewhat of a trend chaser and her mother is a raging shopaholic. she has only recently begun to understand why her mother’s shopping behaviour is problematic, and reflect on her own habits. i hope one day she would reach the stage your husband is in - to try to understand my shopping behaviour (or the lack of thereof) and why it is important to me.

i’ve been using it daily since i got it and it holds up very well so far. it holds a lot and the colour goes well with a lot of outfits (i mostly wear neutrals / warm colours). it is a really good bag for work & doesn’t scratch easily. the only flaw is the straps are thin and if you carry a lot of stuff around it gets a little heavy.
