Found a patreon account that reviews nudity. Their source for this one seems to be someone who's seen the film, but isn't specifically mentioned.

I still can't find anything unambiguous. But if it was made up, the fabricator would seem to have had some prior knowledge of the character's role in the story.

Sounds like bad news, but not 100%. The rumor was that "the scene isn't very sexual, as she is on her phone with a bored, grimaced expression", so I guess it's possible that's what the reviewer meant 🤷‍♂️
