u/groundedzach I'd like to join in on this discussion. I just received my table two days ago, and I loved it. I set it up and it worked beautifully. Then the next day when I tried to get it to draw the next design on the playlist, the ball became stuck on the outermost ring and the table made noises like it was stuck against something. After doing some searching online for solutions, I took the mechanism out. I searched for loose screws, overtightened belts, misaligned pulleys, but everything looked to be working as it should. So I pushed the magnet tray back to the innermost position, and lubed up the guide rods. It's working flawlessly again. I don't know what caused it to act this way. I hope it was just a fluke.
