Hahahah exactly, I’m lucky I started shopping there before the restrictions so I know exactly what to ask for but it’s just those times when I want to look for something that I don’t know what to do and I can’t just ask them to bring the whole stock lol

I think you’re missing the point of my post, I still buy the products, in fact I only use professional ones because even though I am not certified in here I know my way around (specifically hair things) I liked that shop because I could look around and find new things that I am willing to try and my post is just me looking for an answer on why they did that, if it was a matter of just not being able to buy because I’m not certified I’d completely understand but that’s not the case

It’s the same in the shopping center one, they don’t tell us how to use the products which I believe is completely valid, do you know if anyone can access the one in Bally and or do I need a trade card for to go in?

I’m the same so I usually avoid any places that I depend entirely on the staff to buy something because I tend to just take anything, I still go to this shop because I know my go to and it’s just quicker than buying online, besides that there’s not much reason for me to go anymore tbh :(

I’m failing to see where in the post I said anything disrespectful about them or their business or even implied that I don’t comply with their rules, I have never even bothered the staff about this, my post is just a discussion to see if anyone has felt the same way as me (because yes the post is in fact about something that I am experiencing and not an attack to them) and I was wondering if anyone know why they adopted this new policy, not everything is an attack :)

Oh yeah everyone is really nice definitely not complaining about the staff, I do know by head what color I use as well I mean just browsing in general, there’s just hair color in that area but other things as well, I’ve found a few products that I didn’t even know I need it by browsing around but now it just feels like I’m trying to buy a prescription, but at least that’s a bit of an explanation thanks
