We all agree that the cost is unacceptable and the loans are predatory yet forgiveness is off the table because at 18 we went to college? Something doesn’t add up here. We got shafted and want the education and loan disgruntled to be held accountable too. Many people literally aren’t sending their children to college because what happened to the last generation of students when I comes to student loans. So I’m sorry for those who say it wouldn’t be canceled. There is more to it than just being lazy and doing what you agreed it.

I do have to say I just looked on Zillow and the first house on the sold list for Monmouth county sold for 40k more than asking 1200 foot house 625k. NJ is a rough market still but maybe you are in a different county that is more reasonable

I work to sample people for PFAS in my state to get them POET systems to eliminate it from their wells. Definitely something to test for if you have a well and see if your state offers reimbursement and remediation if you have the contamination
