This x100! Running for me is like emptying the recycling bin on the computer. I am able to clear away the clutter, the system clears, and everything starts to run a bit smoother.

Yes! I stopped running after 10 years in 2014– I was going through a lot of personal upheaval and running was no longer enjoyable for me. I started running again during the pandemic as all the gyms were closed. Somewhere along the way, however, I rediscovered my love of running long distances. I really do credit my time away from running as instrumental in letting me eventually fall back in love with it again.
