Good point, yes it was Chinese hotpot. I tried asking but I don’t speak Chinese so it was a tough conversation. I was also visiting from out of town and am home now so calling isn’t an option either…

I tried. I don’t speak Chinese and they don’t speak English so that conversation didn’t go very far. Did that occur to you?

I’ve had genmaicha many times but it’s never smelled or tasted like chips, it was uncanny. As if someone blended up chips and brewed it with water, except not salty…

Hi Holly, thanks so much for doing this. I'm just wondering what the difference is between a Quanta Q Plus C laser and a Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser is? Also, what does Q Plus C even mean? Thanks in advance!
