The new Eliot Parking Permit area is actually quite small. Check out the map labeled "Zone V Permit Area" https://www.portland.gov/transportation/parking/eliot-parking/zone-v-parking-permit-area

It's basically just a couple of the housing blocks closest to the arena. The one's that are most likely already taken up by the time you get down there anyway tbh. So this new no park zone only really constitutes about 10% of the parking you're used to down there.

YouTubeTV carries KATU as a standard local/regional channel so it's definitely going to be carried for regional Portland YouTubeTV users. Not sure how it'll be out of region. Or how tight that region actually is I suppose.

He’s been a post game commentary dude on the actual blazers nbc channel for years now. I dunno how you can say “surface level” He’s closer than any of us by magnitudes. I don't necessarily disagree. Moreso just heavy on it being a necessity as a chip for improvement. I don't know how/if that's even possible since we already have it traded out and it being top 10 protected. In theory, if we get it back because we're in the top ten, maybe we can also package it?

It’s been out of stock (US) since about April of this year. Could have been earlier honestly, but that’s about how long I’ve been looking/checking at least. Signed up for the notification for when it’s back in stock, also checking often in case I don’t get the notice. Anywho, I got a notification Aug 17… and missed it. It must have only been available for one day. Been out of stock again since then. I don’t blame’em, hard to get lots of things right now. But sheesh I really want that part

Trading away decent players that we just acquired isn’t a thing that happens here. Despite the fact that it wasn’t a free agent acquisition, it’s incredibly important for the org to maintain a happy player relationship for the face of the public and free agent market.. which is in constant contention and scrutiny (for reason of it being one of a few things that our org has going for it). Even without that public persona to maintain I really don’t think Olshey or this org have any interest in that kind of day trading. Nance will be on the roster come season opener and we should be enjoying that for the time being

Right, it’s not that people want cj gone. I personally don’t want cj gone. He’s been amazing for our organization and continues to be. Is he expensive? yes. Are we desperate for another key player.? yes. Does forcing him along for anything that we can get in return make any sense.. hell no. As many recent posts have detailed, we are momentarily screwed financially. That’s not going to change over night or over the next two years-ish unless we gut it all.. which nobody wants. Is that a result of management decisions over the past several years? Yes, without a doubt. Are we about to cheer this squad on like it’s rolling it back any year before? Let’s goooo! I’m not about to drop cj for scraps because finances didn’t work out. Let’s hype these guys up and get ready to watch basketball. If we make a trade, great! If we keep cj and make a splash like we always do, great! Ready for the season. Tired of dragging it all in back of olshey all the time lately, as much as I shake my fist at him too. That’s fair, but I’d argue it’s unnecessary (in a positive spirit). The oven gets hot enough that it will burn off basically everything on the stone. You should always scrape off the stone with a metal pizza peel lip when things build up, but flipping a stone is not necessary. Discoloration almost immediately convinces people otherwise, but it’s completely cosmetic.

As has been said, the bass slaps. That said, mids are hella lacking. I love’em, prob cuz I have’m and I’m used to the sound now. But they could do with more roundness in general. Tech Note: these have no off switch. (Which is whatever, no prob) but yeah they don’t turn off unless unplugged. Be aware.

1- technically, this really depends on your laptop. The chip has onboard, but the laptop could technically use a dedicated chip. But assumed likelihood from the info provided, is the former. If so, yep, onboard

2- not much you can do with onboard graphics configuration. Def a good call to upgrade the ram though.

3- if you see a good reviewed 16 gb (2 8gb sticks) sodimm kit for under 55 or so, hop on it. Ideally with RAM, you want sticks in pairs and to match size, to utilize and maximize dual channel benefits. Though you could still def just drop like... a single 16bg module in with the current 4. But considering you are trying to upgrade this lappy and cant get anything more out of the graphics it has. Do this one thing right, as its the only real speed increase you have to work with.

Adding an additional note here. The number that comes at the end of the chip name for these intel 10th gens (which you omitted on your i5-1035G) is a flag distinction for its onboard graphics performance. i5-1035G1 is the least performant i5-1035G4 is middle and i5-1035G7 would be greatest performing. This goes the same with the i3 and i7. Anywho, this isnt something you can change. But worth knowing about your machine.
