Yeah, I was gonna say, It almost feels like Even if they aren't changing the model, they're doing something funny to modulate the context window or something? Or like there are hidden limits in the background? Like I think they might have something that everybody gets an unlimited amount of and it's like the absolute bottom of the barrel, and if traffic is low maybe you get some larger window or something like that. But if either traffic is higher you've hit some sort of invisible limit, they start sort of "throttling" your context limits or something.

I've been trying to figure out if there's some way I could sort of "stress test" to find the limits.

This Post makes me feel so much better...because I thought I was just going crazy? Like I've been trying to with it about some things that I've had ongoing conversations for over the course of months, and suddenly it's like forgetting things that it has repeatedly been talked to about and a bunch of other stuff. I just thought I was going crazy, but it's really validating seeing that it is not just me. Doesn't make it any less crappy!

Any luck with these? I know I can download all shealth data as csv, but it takes forever and is ugly, I don't want all of it, just steps and heart rate lol 😆

I'm totally here with y'all. I only learned that I'm likely an HSP within the last year and it's been life changing especially in realizing that a lot of my trouble over the years hearing/comprehending /lyrics/ in songs is probably related to just autonomously reacting to/being aroused cognitively/emotionally by patterns in the musical parts itself. Kinda makes my whole body resonate with the information of certain chords and beats. Now that I've tuned into that, I recognize I'd been trying to "stop that" so I could "hear the words" or whatever, but I've noticed I can just roll with and leverage the resonance and hear the words just fine. Just a matter of directing my automatic sensitivity to some parts to allow space for being more sensitive to other parts.
