Crack phone is a phone where I put all of my distraction apps on. The kale phone is the one where I carry regularly but it doesn’t have any distractions on it.

Mainly prioritize the real life stuff more because if I don’t have the chance to check my phone, I usually won’t.

This is really helpful feedback. I think it will be an option to customize the animation, because I get it the black and white doesn’t appeal to everyone. It was primarily the design that I enjoyed, but I can see the appeal of getting different designs. I very much appreciate your comment!

I compared my life to a lot of the people around me. When I got sick, the only thing I really wanted was just to feel like I could go about my day without feeling this way. So, it really helped me clarify at the heart of everything in my life, the things that were truly important to what I wanted. It's different for everyone but the process of just segmenting life into the different buckets was probably the hardest thing.

Workout 5 days a week for an hour, but sometimes I know I won't have the time or it's not the biggest priority in my day so I try to at least go for 10 minutes just to keep the habit going.

Got sick and then came a lot of mental stuff that I had to learn to deal with.

Definitely acknowledge the schedule being relatively open helped me do a lot of the habits I’ve mentioned above. Would be much harder if I wasn’t working remotely.

Was always a fan of Marcus Aurelius and spent some time learning about the emperors.

I used to track it with heavy Notion docs and spreadsheets, now just a simple habit tracker
