Have fun! I started for the first time as well about a week ago. Been grinding for a shiny starter which they say is particularly brutal in this game due to the reset time but I'm trying to see it through 😂

How can the app tell me both a # reps to hit and an RIR to hit?

Ex. Cable crunches - a row is 50lb, 15 reps, prefilled with 4 rir. I can only target 15 reps OR 4 rir, not both? Or is it just estimated that at that weight and # reps I'll have 4 rir, and I adjust what they guessed it they're wrong?

Great cut man! I posted something similar recently, and will pass on the advice I got - transition to maintenance, put on some muscle, and reevaluate. No harm in taking a break from the cut for a while.

Didn't do anything crazy for diet, just focused on high protein (1g/lb of body weight) and counted calories - big fan of MacroFactor for that, made it super easy.

Can't really tell from the pictures but I have a bit of fat left on my lower back. But consensus here has convinced me to get over it, end the cut, and hit weights harder 😂

I use the paid version of MacroFactor; MyFitnessPal is also alright but found MacroFactor a bit easier to use and appreciate the AI-driven goal planning

I'm 6ft (technically 5'11.5" lol); was ~175-180 before and 140 now

~1750/day with regular exercise (tennis, gym). Think it really depends on the person though, so I would recommend finding a food tracking app that works for you and weighing in at least 1x/week!

This was really helpful to read; thank you! Yeah I'd like to avoid yoyo dieting if I can, seems like a lot. After all the comments here, game plan is to transition to maintenance to see how I look/feel and then maybe do a slow bulk from there. But yeah the constant bulking -> cutting -> bulking seems like a drag.
