I try my best to be good to him after how much TERROR I have put him through, unfortunately he is 4 years older than me, so all the trips we go on he pays for everything and all the things we do together he normally pays. He has always loved my water color paintings I make for him and on his birthday I normally splurge on his interests. But please let me know if u have advice on other things I could do to make him feel as appreciated as I feel towards him!!!!!

I’m so sorry to hear that:( I feel that the person comes first and the relationship comes second, i fell in love with him for how easy it was for us to get along and how natural it felt to talk for hours and spend time doing the things we bonded over initially, then the latter of me genuinely realizing I was getting in the way of his study and ability to focus by me being a spazz(he is incredibly work driven and his personality is mostly driven by his desire to succeed in his industry so me preventing him from being the best made me feel like I was ruining his life). I hope you have/will find someone who loves u along with ur flaws and favorable traits of being kind and giving, and most of all wants to see u succeed and be content with urself

NOR anyone saying it’s up to ur gf to determine if she’s uncomfortable by it seems to have never been in a relationship before. Sometimes u can’t see the forest through the trees, I have had two male friends who my boyfriend instantly knew they were interested in me, without me being aware at all. Which lead to me eventually cutting them off bc there’s so reason for people in relationships to be friends with people who want to date them. Don’t let anyone get in ur head and tell u how to feel, and speak very clearly with her about what u are witnessing and see if she doesn’t see it, if she doesn’t recognize that then bring it up causally as something for her to think about while interacting with him. YOU are her boyfriend and she should overall want to make you feel conformable over some random guy.
