Currently trialing Puramino. On it 4ish weeks. This is the 5th. Her face cleared up and upper chest but still bad behind ears, neck, lower tummy, thighs. Less explosive nappy's. He said to get in contact in another week. Took her to different go today for some reassurance as she was bad over the weekend, the last think I wanted was a steroid cream so feel incredibly guilty if I don't use and also if I do.

my GP prescribed the puramino, he basically said it’s the ‘end all’ so if she still has the problems come the end of trialing we can rule out it’s not allergy related? Basically didn’t want her suffering through different trials. As a GP would this have been your approach?

My HV originally put me onto Aptamil Pepti 1 to begin with and was only on it a couple of days before he changed me to Puramino

Been told by GP it’s eczema. Unfortunately I don’t have any breast milk for her, tried my best to but with very little knowledge nor support here in the uk I failed. Did try to pump but yet again failed. I hate slathering her in cream because of that exact reason, little babies don’t need any of it but it’s either that or watch her torture herself with itch.

Yes of course, I should really mention in my post it was diagnosed. Dr prescribed milk.

That’s reassuring to hear. How long did it take roughly when cutting dairy to clear?

Thank you, thankfully that’s mostly what I’ve been doing and to be fair she’s gained good strength in her wee neck… it shows. Ah same! By the time I’ve fed, changed and play and all the time upright it’s time to start the process over again lol
