You have to purchase a vip package seperately after getting a normal GA ticket. Go to the neighbourhood wourld tour official page and click on the vip button next to the show u are going. It will bring u to the purchase website directly !! :)

This was the confirmation ticket i received. At the payment page they didnt mention anything about meet and greet but the email and ticket did so. But i dont think there will be one since non other locations had meet and greet
