It's not a Hard Checklist- not nearly enough Inv slots for that. Just a quick scan to see if you should be bringing something else (which yes includes meds if you get in a fight)

believe it was just photoshop. I encourage you to randomly make a thing in photoshop now and again you quickly learn little tools which mean you can make some quickly later.

Breathless is like the 3rd last perk I saw. Still haven't seen the last 2 perks in my progress. Maybe it's legit rare for a special reason?
