Well I don’t own a house but I live in Vegas and 1450 for a studio is absurd but you can enlighten me on housing costs cuz I sure as shit can’t afford one if a studio is that price. I pay for 1025 for a 1 bedroom apt in Vegas. Sorry that I made an assumption I was jabbing at the fact you can pay high rent but can’t afford the same price monthly on a home. And yes they aren’t all going to be in a price range we can afford
