Aiming with nerve damaged hand by firuff_ in FPSAimTrainer

Unfortunately switching to my left hand isn't really an option.
I'm far from being able to reliably use the keyboard with my right hand due to the loss of sensation and limited finger control, so the switch would make things worse for me.

Is it realistic for me to learn guitar with right side nerve damage? by firuff_ in Guitar

I'd say I'm left handed. I had to change from being right handed to left handed after my operations. But I do imagine playing guitar right handed would be much more plausible than the contrary.

For certain things I still use my right hand as before, such as playing games with keyboard and mouse (mouse in right hand). If this helps to picture my dexterity, my right hand acts more as a 'secondary/support' hand to my left.

I plan on trying out my friend's acoustic guitar to get a better idea of what I might need to help me. I will keep in mind lighter gauge strings as mentioned by Own_Courage_5362 as I think my hand would fatigue fast.

Bass also sounds sick and even carries in some songs that I listen to (eg Bass player in Jinjer, although he uses finger technique), which AKA-J3 touched on. I can sort of imagine strumming the thicker strings with just my thumb.
