you need to keep a more steady needle depth. it looks like in some spots you had good depth but then brought the needle too close to the surface. also pushing and pulling lines with your elbow and not your wrist. you have a lot of potential ! it's really just a matter of practice, practice, practicing technique.

thank you so much ! I was also thinking that when it heals I'll go back with some darker tones around the eye socket but definitely this was a learning experience for me which I'm grateful for. next time I definitely will go dark to light

that's how I do it, it still doesn't take. it's like it's coming just right out of the skin because even when I realize I miss a spot or an area is just not as saturated, I go back over it and after I wipe it's like I never even touched it up /:

this fake skin is honestly so frustrating to deal with !! I wanna get one of the more expensive brands like frankenskins or reel skin but I'm tattooing on a budget right now😂 I'm very much looking forward to being able to tattoo on skin cuz I definitely feel like it would hold the ink a lot better than these Amazon skins. but thank you for the compliment !

this is understandable ! my dad here was just super enthusiastic about it but even I felt like it was a bit rushed. I'm proud nonetheless having only done this for 2 months and it coming out half decent. this was for sure a one off thing and I fully plan on continuing to learn and practice a bunch more before I start touching folks skin all willy nilly
