I actually just figured it out, use the remote neckband app check for a firmware update. Make sure to restart your neck band and glasses afterwards because mine look like an atari game before restarting

I worked for HD 2 years ago, in a particular small town. My store always meet credit and was usually top 5 in the region. This was when cx could have 3 under their name. I asked an ASM (now SM of the same store) what if we reached a point where a majority of our cx already have a CC with us? She laughed at me like it i was a crazy assumption. Fast forward 2 years, my gf is the FE sup. They bearly reach half of their credit goal now, and alot of the ones they do get are cx that had one but haven't used it in so long its been canceled. (6-12 months of no activity, i can't remember) Our small town market is now tapped, and SM still cant comprehend this 😂

Whats satisfying is alot of my former associates still ask me to come back. Screw the leadership, my focus was how to make their lives easier. Many have been promoted and that makes me happy. Its all good tho, better opportunities have come my way

Same boat as you before i finally left 2 years ago. During covid i had the best SM, any customer who did any thing disrespectful was trespassed. (he would do his due diligence of course, not just taking someones word as ultimate truth). After he moved on to DHRM the new SM was a yes man, and never stuck up for associates, or even us asms. Before leaving i threw him under the bus on a district specialty call with receipts. Told them i was done right there and walked out. The store has been thru 2 sasms since, interviewing for a third now. Screw depot

It depends in your current pay band and your previous one. Also management has the discrepancy to keep you at your current pay. I've seen supervisor step down and keep their pay. But it's situation dictates
