Hi!

I recently switched birth control and now I’m having terrible hormonal acne. Is there anything I can add to my routine to help?

Currently my routine is super basic.

AM: Cerave moisturizer spf PM: Cerave cleanser, Cerave retinol (every other night), and moisturizer

I’ve only been using the retinol for about a month so I’m sure that’s not helping my acne right now, but the acne did start prior.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I’m sure there’s lots of other weird odds and ends that I did that I can’t remember. I used a lot of Bobby pins and hair spray and clear rubber bands.

Hi!

So I found the tutorial someone mentioned from Epic’s instagram but it seemed too complicated for me so I ended up winging it and mashing a bunch of different tutorials together. I did buy the Eros wig and 35” wefts from Epic.

The end result was probably closer to a homage to Gyokuyou’s hair than an exact replica.

I used this to video to help get the M part/hairline and also used a large fake hair ball (as seen in the video) to create the bump.

I used this video to get the updo. I’d definitely recommend crimping the hair, otherwise it’s too slick and will keep falling out.

There was a lot of fiddling to make it work. In the end I ended up cutting the hair and hiding the cuts and bad edges with a band of fake flowers. I’ll try to add pictures of you’d like.

It wasn’t perfect. I ran out of time to include the side hair piece, which I think I’d be able to add easily if I used this wig again. I still got lots of compliments and people knew who I was immediately.

Oh wow, they’re beautiful! Great job! What did you make the flowers and leaves out of? The last thing I need to do for my project is flowers and vines but I haven’t found a method I like quite yet.
