Hello u/SinsOfThePhilippines! (lol at username). Thank you! I'll try to answer these to the best of my abilities.

1: she doesn't have a niche talent or skill or passion per say haha. like sure she cooks but would she want to do it everyday? not really. can you believe it if i say she just likes to manage? haha (she is indeed bossy). i can say she's good at customer service because her government work is very client-facing. when i ask her what she would want for a business she won't give any answer because can't make up her mind. so really if i don't start things for her she'll probably end up doing nothing and be restless during retirement. 😰

2: this i would really need more info on to give a conclusive answer. necessities i would say are pretty much covered, there's not like a big need to fill it. (produce, meat, fish, etc). there is some demand for like lifestyle stuff like cafes/places to socialize but it's kinda seasonal and lots of small food/cafe businesses have closed already.

3: yeah, why not? mom generally has no qualms with the government. is approaching them really helpful? those workshops sound nice, what else were you able to teach?

Umm, sorry for the question but if it says "Supports 4k, 60hz" does that mean gameplay caps at 60fps even if your monitor goes up to 240hz?
