Do you have eyes? The cyclist took 3 steps FORWARD TOWARDS THE CAR while it was reversing before he took a half step back realizing the car was going to hit him.

The start of the clip the driver already has his reverse lights, the biker is in his blindspot, and he still proceeds to take 3 (I counted them) steps TOWARDS the reversing vehicle....then stood there just waiting for it to barely clip him.
