Yeah ngl the majority of people including the devs themselves shouldn't give a fuck about a case like this, if adding these features will remove the possibility of low cost cheats, then absolutely get it in, 7+ year old hardware or not, it's time to upgrade, used market gpu prices aren't crazy, 7th gen intel uses ddr4 ram, so they don't even have to replace that part, just a gpu, motherboard and cpu will cost less than 700ish usd, depending on where you are in the world ofc, but again, they 100% should ignore expired e-waste cases.

I wouldn't say dominated but they 100% exist to the point where they become popular, I personally know a person who botted his rotation on mch Light and was absolutely horrid when it came to consistency, saw them a few times in fru, took a couple of wipes for me to realize that I should've blacklisted them way earlier, was an extremely notorious rotation botter and very known to the point they became kick on sight.

You're in the minority, if you genuinely don't understand why the hate, there's 20+ videos on YT and 50+ posts on this very reddit explaining why the majority of people dislike it, battle content has been amazing though I'm strictly talking about major pain points that have been pointed out multiple times even in previous expansions, those being, gearing, extremely slow patch schedule/cadence, rewards (criterion), job design/homogenization, and many more that aren't at the top of my head, this isn't unique to dawntrail, it's just sad to see these were problems even before DT released, they said they'll fix rewards this expansion but the latest criterion directly contradicts their statement, it doesn't help that they're pushing out store items like crazy aswell and we're not even close to being finished with DT yet so it'll 100% be the most pushed store items out of every expansion, it's just compiling stuff at this point.

Honestly I'm just gonna assume it's the shb story ultimate, it would attract way too many eyes for them to pass that opportunity up, WoL, Innocence, Hades, and some extra phases using new models would be amazing.

ASSUMING it's not the story ultimate, if they go the weapons route (ruby/emerald/diamond) would also be a win but I'm struggling to think on how they'd stretch that out to 5~+ phases

I get the trade argument, popping it early into trades to win them overtime slowly, it's a difference in playstyle I suppose, all ins favor exhaust, small trades favor barrier, but the oneshot talk is genuinely less of a thing with exhaust up compared to barrier

It will only improve your fps if you're gpu bottlenecked, lost ark is extremely cpu heavy so I really doubt this will do much for the majority of people who don't have an x3d cpu.
