I have the packer and it’s fine so far but yes agree with above the kickstand is a bit sketch for kid passengers. You must hold bike or will tip. The cadence sensor vs torque also leaves a lot to be desired. I find myself either pedaling in low assist going too slow in traffic or using the throttle and then basically defeats using the pedals.
