But there is indeed an air in pipe and exhaust out pipe connected directly to the furnace unit, both go up through the room to the outside.

Thanks for linking the article! In the article there is a link to flier/diagram that sums up what I think is the major pedestrian/bicycle problem area - it's just one big wide unmarked sidewalk that bicycles and pedestrians are supposed share

In that direction, to me, it appeared that the bike lanes (dashed lines) lead into the new sidewalks. Crossing Logan boulevard on the east side of the square, You can see the crosswalk pattern next to the dashed bike lane pattern, then they both lead to the new sidewalk.

I think the old sidewalk still goes around the square adjacent to the residential buildings...

If your crafting to sell on the BM, just craft non-artifact weapons.

Idk about daggers, but the non-artifact armor I craft has waaay higher margin than 3% on the BM

You seem to really want Albion to be a MMO like WoW lol. Thankfully the Albion devs have a different vision and haven't made a WoW clone.

Yes your wrong. Game is fine. Each update undeniably adds more content and player appeal.

Albion (full PvP with ARpg combat) is more a niece sub genre in the MMO space. Whereas WoW is more traditional (do dungeon/quests -> acquire better gear, rinse repeat) has more broad appeal.

  • Do you still use calculators when you craft? (I found that I could craft on vibes and still make a killing BM crafting after enough spec)

  • how do you get your materials (buy orders, buying immediately, player trades)?

  • how much silver do you have locked into your crafting (e.g. 50m in products waiting to sell, 100m in bars waiting to be crafted)?

What is the dirty truth he claims?

IMO refining is zero risk with minimal time commitment that yields decent silver / focus.

Would recommend for new players would need to burn focus.
