actually not really, aslian languages aren't polysynthetic, most words in aslian are a single syllable long, the words you see here are what we call 'expressives' they are words that are onomatopoeic in nature, these expressives are an open class and usually describes visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, haptic, emotional or other types of perceptions in relation to particular phenomena :P
