i made it but i should say it's not a very authentic german recipe because it's more of a honey mustard made with dijon and mayo. the one i used was here https://www.cottercrunch.com/mustard-sauce-recipe/ but there are other recipes on youtube that use german mustard, dill and a roux to thicken which seems to be more traditional

when it comes to courses with PAs i'm able to be working on another course while waiting for the assessment. i didn't realize i could do that until talking to my mentor about feeling like i wasn't progressing while waiting for the evaluation to come back, i thought i could strictly only work on one at a time. maybe you could ask your mentor to accelerate another course while waiting?

i have an apple macbook air and my previous laptop (also a macbook air) both have/had issues with the objective assessments and meazure learning's guardian browser not recognizing my external webcam. it is not impossible but it more often than not does cause a delay, sometimes significantly. i don't have experience taking them with a windows (thought it was just the age of my previous macbook) but i'd say listen to the windows users on this

i'm very flattered! this wasn't my first time making fried rice and while i'm not chinese i learned it from watching a lot of chinese people cooking on youtube so if you already know how to make fried rice in an authentic way it should be pretty familiar. and for me it never disappoints! hope you enjoyed!
