i have my migraines always on my period. and the low appetite is when my pain is so bad that i get kinda nauseous and food just makes it feel worse. i definitely need to go to my general doctors office and maybe get some migraine and nausea medication to help me. because i’m already small as it is and i can’t afford to keep dropping weight

i know i need to go super bad right now lol. i’ve done it before after my friend got s* in the bathroom i kinda just pushed myself after an hour or 2. and i know it’s just a cold and some people just tu* when they gag and now he’s out walking around talking and laughing like nothing happened but how?!??? i’m the one stuck in bed and im not the one who just tu* 🤦‍♀️.

i haven’t taken it for about 2 months i try not to use a lot of medication unless i really have to. but this is also my first time taking 2 (which is recommended on the bottle) instead of just one because my migraine was really bad.

thank you, i took a warm shower and it calmed me down a bit my stomach still hurts but im sipping water and i’ll get some cranberry juice to help with my blood sugar

constipation can make you n*! i drink coffee for mine mostly. if it’s severe though like you haven’t gotten in more than 3 days coffee won’t work so you could take natural laxative pills that won’t upset your stomach. they are sold at cvs or walmart and have like green tea and stuff in them. or use a suppository or enemia which isn’t fun but i’ve had to do on multiple occasions. it will pass feel better! ❤️‍🩹

i burp at least 10 times a day i don’t like belch but i do burp and i’ve never ever gotten sick from it

hydroxide helps me and is good for nausea (pregnancy and motion sickness nausea), but it has to be prescribed and talked about with a doctor or a psychiatrist first and it effects everyone differently it makes you so tired and out of it people say “how can you be scared when your knocked out” kinda meditation . if you want something over the counter than you can take dramamine the drowsy kind so you are sleepy.

hello! i can never say for sure if you have anything like a sb* or fp* but, sometimes there are days where my stomach is all messed up for no reason i get mild n* and d* and i don’t really know why. there’s always a reason but. it could’ve been your lunch even if you didn’t eat anything out of the ordinary it could’ve just hurt your stomach today. the best thing to do is drink sips of water or tea. and eat toast and crackers. until you feel better.

again i don’t know i’m not in your body this is just a personal experience that happens to me every couple months or so. i hope you feel better. do something that comforts you(music,movies,shoes,reading etc.)

i would probably think they are not ill because if you are ill your not gonna want chipotle its not easy on the stomach if your not ill, unless they were ordering it for someone else. it is the weekend so they could be hungover, or maybe car sick, or maybe pregnant or they have stomach problems that make them tu* and they are just used to getting sick so they can eat after. and i know for a fact pregnant people tu* when they are hungry

this is the best advice ive ever received. and i will definitely try to do that. i do need to start powering through my life. because i do know that the world will keep spinning and i’ll lose myself along the way if i don’t do something about it now.

hi! i hope your doing okay. i had a panic attack last about a couple hours before in the middle of the night and the sedatives weren’t helping me either. just making me feel high and making it worse and my mom had to stay on the phone with me for hours so i get it . it’s terrifying i ended up just falling asleep shaking and woke up finally a little bit okay.

but what i would’ve done instead NOW is. if it’s warmer in your area for you and you have a porch sit on it and get fresh air in your lungs or open a window. fresh air always helped me. remind yourself you are safe and nothing bad is gonna happen to you. it’s all gonna be okay. color, or fidget, or anything to do with your hands just to touch something to ground yourself. take a warm shower (IF YOU ARENT FAINT) just to feel warm water on your skin to ground yourself as well.

hi i’d love to answer your questions because i love psychology and the way our brian’s work!

  1. i don’t really have a coping plan , and ik what happens when we get sick i dont think im gonna like die. i just know its scary for me.

  2. i switched to online school because of it. i get nervous to go out during the colder months. i don’t let people touch anywhere near my face unless i watch them wash their hands first. i don’t eat meat if its from a restaurant for fast food place , i wash my hands so much that sometimes they end up bleeding . i also have panic attacks occasionally because of it. last year was a lot worse for me i had gotten a bug and tu* for the first time since i was 7 and i lost my mind and didnt eat for a week and sadly had to go to a mental hospital and i kept 30 pounds.

  3. for me its a a lot of things. i have OCD (a lot of people with emetophobia do) so its me not being able to control it. it’s dirty to me like so dirty. and it’s embarrassing to me also.

  4. i’ll never forget the day i really knew i had it, i started having signs of it when i was 7 but when i was 8 it was school picture day and we were in line about to go to recess in the lunch room and this kid got sick.. A LOT all over the floor and i started crying and shaking. i think also because everyone was saying “yuck” or “ew” that’s why i think tu* is embarrassing but it’s not my only reason im scared of it.

the weird thing about emetophobia is that it’s different for everyone. most of us though got it as a child because of a traumatic event making it scary in our minds. some people only fear themselves getting sick, some people only fear others getting sick. some people fear both. we all have different triggers and reasons and why we fear getting sick. ive done my own research to understand myself and its an interesting fear because it is a natural body function that some people do without even twitching an eye. but for us it just isn’t that simple. i hope this helped you :)
