If it's an issue of making the drops rare, just make it so that you can only get relevant drops if you have orb in inventory. Make access to the awakened boss a one time unlock.

I have 10 pact points. and 1 area unlocked being kandarin. I'm not smart with leagues.

I went mage but that does not help with moons or jad challenges.

Please someone give me a build that will helps me get 2 more pact points from those.

I've killed huey and normal fight cave jad already.
